Terms of Service

A Production is a finished, watermark-free video file delivered to you as-is following payment. Previews shown before purchase are watermarked and are provided for evaluation only. Productions are delivered in a single horizontal (16:9) layout.

Kamden B. Media is and remains the sole and exclusive owner of the Production and of all original video assets, source footage, project files, and underlying materials created in producing it, together with all copyright and other intellectual-property rights in them. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the original asset to the Client. Your purchase grants you a license to use the delivered Production as described in Section 3 — it does not assign, sell, or transfer the copyright or the original asset itself.

Subject to full payment and your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute the delivered Production to market and promote the property or subject it depicts, including on listing platforms, social media, and your own websites and advertising. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Production as a standalone product, nor claim authorship or ownership of the underlying work.

You grant Kamden B. Media the full, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the Production and any original assets created for you — in whole or in part — for our own marketing, promotional, portfolio, demo-reel, advertising, and business-development purposes across any medium now known or later developed. This right survives completion of your project and requires no additional approval, compensation, or attribution.

Prices are shown at checkout and are charged in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your card details. Access to the watermark-free download is provided immediately after successful payment, and you may return to re-download your Production at any time using your original checkout link.

Because Productions are digital goods delivered in finished form and are available for immediate download, all sales are final and non-refundable once the watermark-free file has been made available, except where required by law. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us and we will work with you in good faith.

You represent that you have the right to have the depicted property or subject filmed and marketed, and that your use of the Production will comply with all applicable laws and platform rules. You are solely responsible for how you use the Production after delivery.

Productions are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kamden B. Media’s total liability arising out of or relating to a Production or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for that Production, and we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Continued use of a Production after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
